is a SaaS company that develops and sells one of the market’s best streaming and online video solutions, a segment that has seen a massive demand growth in the recent years. We’re on a mission to help our customers better communicate using webinars and webcasts, interacting with their audience, be it internal or external. We are helping companies globally, to reduce travel whilst remaining engaged with their employees and their existing or future clients. 

We are currently in a scale-up phase and expanding our sales team in the UK. The role is remote, and the rest of the UK Team is located in or around Berkshire.  

About You 
 
Quickchannel
, is growing and we are looking for an experienced Account Executive to join our Sales team in UK&I. You will be responsible for the whole sales process from prospecting to closing deals and selling Quickchannel’s Video and Streaming Platform into new accounts within the UK&I territory. 
 
We’re looking for exceptional sales talent that has a track record in selling software solutions into new accounts. This is a unique opportunity to create a big impact in the streaming industry, to support you, we have a talented team to ensure our success with you.
 
 
A day in the life of an Account Executive
: 

  • Prospecting and booking demo meetings with new contacts and leads. 
  • Defining and executing account plans – identifying, managing and closing opportunities to further expand our footprint. 
  • Owning and being accountable for the health of your revenue pipeline. 
  • Leveraging your relationship building skills to develop meaningful business relationships with a variety of stakeholders across multiple lines of business, C-level executives and other key influencers in the sales process. 
  • Identifying, qualifying and understanding your customers and have value led sales conversations to articulate the impact that Quickchannel can have on their organisation. 
  • Working with Sales Tech stack like Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha and others.
  • We are all about quality data and data integrity with accurate forecasting in our CRM. 
  • Working and collaborating with a virtual internal team to help close sales opportunities – including Pre-sales, marketing, inside sales, and partners.
  • This may involve some travel to customer sites within your territory, but primarily working from home.  

Who You Are: 

  • You have experience of successfully selling Software/SaaS. A good understanding of selling Business applications would be desirable but not essential. 
  • You have experience of doing the full sales process from prospecting, booking meetings, presenting quotes, negotiating pricing, helping with PoCs and closing deals.  
  • You have consistently achieved and/or exceeded your sales goals across your territory. 
  • You have a strong sense of curiosity and detective skills, you enjoy identifying new contacts, nurturing and expanding the company´s contact base. 
  • Excellent communication skills. You know what to say and more importantly, how and when to say it.
  • Collaboration is key. You know that selling is a team sport and partner with virtual teams to ensure success. You have experience in working with your peers across other business areas to close joint business. 
  • Willing to go the extra mile with a strong work ethic, disciplined and resourceful. 
  • Own it. You’re in control of your success, starting with how you plan on achieving it. 
  • You find ways to open new doors, delight customers, and exceed revenue goals.  

Competencies and Experience: The 'Stuff' that makes you great at this 

  • A true sense of ownership in your work ethic, you thrive on a job well done and pride yourself on presenting a well-organised and impactful pitch. 
  • Comfortable with a high activity and KPI driven approach.
  • Excellent planning skills to build and execute a territory plan for your region. 
  • Collaborative operational mindset, you understand how integral teamwork is when working with and for customers Excellent communication and presentation skills, you can clearly and confidently communicate with customers and stakeholders at all levels. 
  • Data driven with a keen eye for managing the health of a revenue pipeline through metrics and numbers that matter.    
  • An effective contract negotiator, you know how to navigate and find win-win outcomes for both Quickchannel and our customers. 
  • Experience selling into marketing, communication and IT is a plus. 
  • Experience selling webinar and video solutions is a plus. 
  • Ability to dive straight in and embrace our product is key.  

Lastly, our ideal newest team member is self-directed, process-oriented, adaptable, passionate about sharing knowledge and a lifelong learner. 2 years+ of quota carrying exposure to selling education technology in SaaS would be a stand out asset.
